This is how it works!
With us, you can easily apply for financing. In just five steps, your project can be published. As part of the process, one of our specialists will assess your funding potential.
Step 1: Registration
You can create a business registration via our platform. Based on this, we will contact you, and you can submit your financing request.
Step 2: Submitting your financing request
After an initial intake conversation, we will provide a preliminary assessment of your financing feasibility through our platform. Only if there is sufficient confidence in your case will you pay the assessment fee of €395 (excl. VAT). Then, we’ll request documentation for a more in-depth evaluation of your project.
Step 3: Creating your project page
You’ll need to complete the identification process with our payment service provider. You’ll also write a pitch to present your project to potential investors. We will assess your fundability and begin drafting the project page.
Steps 4 & 5: Approval & Publication
Are you happy with the project page? Then you only need to pay the publication fee. After payment, we will publish your project on our platform. Each investor can review your project and invest an amount of their choosing.
What you'll need:
- Chamber of Commerce company profile
- Business plan
- Most recent financial figures (formal figures for the current financial year, possibly including projections, and a starting and ending balance sheet)
- Most recent annual financial statement (formal figures of the most recent full fiscal year)
- Certified recent BKR credit report
- Forecast for the current year
- Forecast for the following year
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) for all UBOs holding more than 20% interest
