The investor further confirms that they will not invest borrowed funds into any project proposal. Capital Circle emphasises that early termination of the loan agreement on which an investment is based is not possible.
While Capital Circle exercises the greatest possible care to ensure the availability of the website and platform, as well as the accuracy and currency of the information and related services, it cannot guarantee that all content is free from inaccuracies or omissions. Capital Circle shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the unavailability of the website and/or platform, any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided, or for any damage resulting from issues inherent in the distribution of information via the internet, such as disruptions, interruptions, errors, or delays in the provision of information services by Capital Circle and/or user-submitted content.
